In September 2021, I consulted for Adecore, a fintech company based in Ghana, as part of a research and development team. We conducted a comprehensive study to design their call centre operations and led the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and a policy framework to guide their service delivery.”
I developed a website for Organization for Policy Leadership Development (OPLD). The website was used in handling registration for The Model Commonwealth Summit which had participants coming from the African continent.
I curated a photography exhibition for an artist called Aboya.
The exhibition was themed: Journey to 8. The photographer’s journey in different parts of Ghana and West Africa were documented in frames.
